RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Online exchanges are available only for non-sale items purchased directly from www.vivinici.com.
2. Exchanges are permitted solely for sizing issues (too big/small) or manufacturing defects. You may only exchange for a different size of the same model and color; exchanging for a different design or color is not allowed.
3. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original shoe box and packaging.
5. Shoes showing any signs of wear (particularly on the soles) will not be accepted for return.
6. Please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing after we receive your package. If the replacement size is out of stock, our costumer service will help you to offer solutions.
7. A completed Warranty Card must be included inside the return package.
8. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors made by us.
9. We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are refunded via Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases of equal or higher value.
10. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties.
11. VIVI NICI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
